1. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Template remain with Foreword Branding LLC at all times. Purchase of the Template grants a license to use it as described below — it does not transfer ownership.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Template for your own personal or business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell the Template, in its original or modified form, as a standalone product or template.
Share, distribute, or transfer the Template (or any files within it) to any other person, business, or third party.
Copy, duplicate, or repurpose the Template for use by anyone other than yourself, including for clients, unless a separate commercial/extended license has been purchased.
Claim the Template as your own original design or remove/alter attribution where required.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

Use the Template for your own personal or business purposes.
Customize the content, colors, text, and images within the Template to suit your needs.

5. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Template has been delivered/downloaded.

6. Violations

Any unauthorized use, sharing, resale, or distribution of this Template is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action to protect the intellectual property rights of Foreword Branding LLC.

7. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
